PATTER: You could tell a story about how Kellogg's ran into all kinds of problems when first making Raisin Bran. Something went wrong with the production process and all of the boxes came out filled only with raisins. Then after a series of changes, after many consumers wrote in and complained, they changed production procedures only to have all of the boxes come out filled only with bran flakes.
